I take your fitness goals seriously. I know that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. My goal is to help set realistic goals and keep you motivated. I analyze your body type and BMI to help create an individualized fitness plan.
My health and fitness adventure began when I was 18. After dating my soon to be husband, at the time, for 7 months, he one day set a brown bag on my lap. I opened it up and found the bag full of bottles of vitamins. That began my love of eating healthy and being conscience of what I put into my body.
Then came the first gym membership when I was 19. I saw my body transform and I never looked back. Now, at age 56, I still lift weights and of course incorporate into my training, flexibility, balance, cardio and agility training. This makes for a well rounded program and it's how I train my clients, and using NASM's OPT model.
I've been a certified Personal Trainer (CPT) for 11 years through NASM, where I also hold certifications for CES, WFS and SFS. I'm also Water Aerobics certified with AEA, FAI certified Functional Aging Specialist and TRX certified.
I take continued learning seriously, and enjoy the knowledge!

I know that adapting new fitness habits is difficult. My goal is to make the workouts safe, fun and challenging at the same time. New things need to become a habit.
